Connectify uses the Virtual WiFi feature that is introduced in Windows 7. You can use Connectify to create wireless networks on the fly and share your Internet connection with your friends. Procedure to Install and use Connectify

• Download and Install Connectify after registering at their website.
• Once installed go to the Notification Tray and click on the Connectify icon.
• Now select the Internet connection you wish to share and choose a name for it.
• Choose a wireless passphrase and click the Internet Sharing button to turn on your wireless network.

Once you are done with the above setup you will be able to see the wireless network from other devices. You can now click to join the wireless network from other devices by entering the wireless passphrase.
