I had gone more than 8 months without setting up outlook "rules" and cleaning out my general "inbox." Now I'm going to delete it, or put it in a folder, and address it. Also, trying to do all of my tasks on outlook - none of this "assorted pads of paper" trash that I've been practicing for years on end. Nifty idea to put outlook on the ole desktop... now we'll see if I can change my personal habits to utilize this tool. Thanks! I also tried Screen Calendar Outlook to schedule in Outlook while displaying tasks and calendar on the desktop and liked this tool very much.
