China’s In Technology Group (ITG)’s xpPhone is an innovative mobile which runs Windows XP. There are many mobiles and smartphones coming these days running on Symbian OS, Android, Maemo and Windows Mobile, but I don’t see any advantage in having Windows XP running on a mobile. Gizmodo says that xpPhone has got a 4.8′ touch screen mobile and runs the full-fledged Windows XP.

xpPhone has got a AMD Super Mobile CPU, GPS, QWERTY-slider Keypad, 802.11b/g Wi-Fi and Bluetooth Connectivity. Other interesting thing is the 1GB memory and 120GB HDD. If you are interested then you can go for a 3G model also. xpPhone will be available via Vodafone, Orange and AT&T.
