Recently we had written about the procedure to root Droid X and there may be times when you want to boot your Droid X into Recovery Mode. Below are the simple steps which will help you to put your Droid X into Receovery Mode.

How To Boot DROID X into Recovery Mode

  1. Turn off your Droid X Mobile.
  2. Hold down the “Home” button and press “Power” until the Motorola logo appears on the screen.
  3. Now release the “Power” and continue to hold the “Home” until an exclamation appears.
  4. Finally release the “Home” and press the “Search” button once.
  5. Now your Droid X phone will enter the Recovery mode.

Once you are done with your work you can easily get out of the Recovery Mode on Droid X by using the volume “up” and “down” buttons until “reboot system now” is highlighted and then press the camera button.
