Nokia Configuration Tool is a PC application which helps you to locally manage settings on your Nokia devices. Nokia Configuration Tool uses SyncML Data Synchronization (DS) and Device Management (DM) protocols to configure various settings on multiple devices at one shot. IT professionals and other advanced users can edit and store settings on a compatible PC and then transfer them to a compatible Nokia device. You have to connect your Nokia mobile through Nokia PC Suite and a USB cable to use Nokia Configuration Tool.

Using the Nokia Configuration Tool you can configure various settings, such as wireless LAN, email and Internet access points (IAP) on several Nokia Mobiles at the same time. You can even transfer files, contacts and applications. The configuration is performed by sending a configuration profile to a mobile device. The configuration profile consists of a group of settings with which you can create different profiles for different purposes and different devices.
