I wish Nexus has the multi-touch alike feature on images and screen. It made huge differences.

It almost seems way to early to even compare these two devices. Apple certainly has an edge on many fronts. One thing most reviews forget to note is that the core of Apples products is iTunes. Nearly every device Apple makes either runs iTunes or syncs with it which creates an entire ecology in its product line. For ANY phone maker to topple Apple, they must have something like iTunes. Google probably has the muscle to do it and their open source philosophy could allow them to overtake Apple in regards to the sheer number of apps available in the near future.
I still want to see real world numbers on daily usage for battery life for the two. I don't have much faith to printed specs.

My BIG question: will the Nexus sync with MacOS X iCal and iTunes? Will it support POP Mail, and not just GMail? Those are all show-stopping requirements for me. Thanks for any insight.

The actually numbers though they change daily are 100,000 apps for iphone and 18-20,000 for android. Similar to saying I have 100,000 thread count sheets compared to 20,000 thread count. At that point it becomes meaningless. Though on android, developers have the choice to make more powerful apps. Also multitouch on the Nexus is built into the software and there for developers to utilize. Its not a game changer as the cultist would have you believe.

Nice review. Note that the Nexus One has multi-touch ready, but will be enabled in a future Android update. 2.1 is a big upgrade over 1.6 and 2.0 in itself (plus they want to get it to market ASAP).
